Refund and cancellation

This policy applies when you purchase a paid decision-mapping session or related written action plan package. Terms marked below are proposed, pending business confirmation where noted.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered when you cancel according to the timelines below or when we cancel a session. Partial refunds may apply if work on your written plan has already started.
Cancellation by you
- More than 72 hours before the scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees (proposed).
- 24–72 hours before: 50% refund of prepaid fees (proposed).
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund unless exceptional circumstances; rescheduling may be offered once at our discretion.
Cancellation by us
If we reschedule or cancel, you may choose a new time or a full refund of amounts paid for that session.
Written action plans
If you cancel after the session took place but before delivery of the written plan, no refund is due for the completed meeting portion. If we fail to deliver the plan within the agreed window (proposed: five business days), you may request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion.
How to request a refund
Email info@logic-scope.digital with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible within fourteen business days (proposed).
Deposits
If a deposit model is used for your booking, the deposit is non-refundable once preparation materials are sent, unless we cancel (proposed).
